Real-time diagnostics
Navigate to Automation → Error Logs to inspect a live ledger of all platform and Meta API errors. Each entry records:
- Timestamp and channel identifier.
- Recipient phone number.
- Meta error code and descriptive error subcode.
- Raw JSON payload returned by Meta for debugging.
Search & filtering
Filter logs by date range or search by phone number to determine immediately why a specific broadcast or agent reply failed to deliver.
