Auto-comment replies & private DMs

How comment automation works

When users comment on your public Facebook or Instagram posts, Flow can automatically post a public reply and dispatch a private direct message.

Configuring automation

1. In Social → Automation, select a published post.
2. Define trigger keywords (e.g., price, info, link, or * for all comments).
3. Set a Public Reply: e.g., "Thanks! Check your DMs for the link." Flow can cycle through multiple randomized reply variants.
4. Set a Private Message: Sends an Instagram DM or WhatsApp link with the requested details to start a 1-on-1 private conversation.
