Seats
Each plan caps team members. Invite from Settings → Users with an email. They set a password and land in the inbox.
Roles
Inbox-only staff should not see billing. Admins can manage numbers and bots. Custom roles exist for larger teams.
Assignment
New chats can stay unassigned, go to a default teammate, or round-robin. Change this in inbox settings once people have logged in.
