Your Flow plan covers the product (inbox, bots, seats, fair-use API). Meta bills conversation charges separately on the WhatsApp Business Account.

Starter is for trials and small teams. Pro unlocks AI, catalog, and API access. Reseller adds white-label and client workspaces.
Fair use
Bots, webhooks, and API calls share a cap described on your plan. Burst traffic is fine; sustained scraping is not.
Yearly billing
Paying yearly on the marketing site is estimated at 15% off the monthly rate. Final invoices follow your workspace currency.
