Create a flow
Open Automation → Chatbot → Builder. Add a Start node with keywords Hi and Hello (exact match is safest for a welcome bot).
Compose
Connect a Text node, then an Interactive Message with a “Talk to human” button that stops the bot and leaves the chat unassigned — or assigned to support.
Publish
Save, then send Hi from a real phone. Watch sent/delivered counters. If Meta returns an error, it appears on the node and in Error logs.
Tips
Keep the first reply short. Offer two buttons, not eight. Always provide a path to a human.
