Inbox is the default after login. Automation holds numbers, bot builder, templates, broadcasts, and webhooks. Contacts stores people, labels, and variables. Settings covers team, billing, and branding.
Command palette
Use the search in the top bar to jump to a contact, bot, or settings page without hunting menus.
Health
If webhooks or the queue stall, the in-app health indicators and Automation → Error logs are the first place to look.
