In-chat shopping cart
Customers can browse products, select quantities, and click Send Cart to Business directly inside WhatsApp. Flow creates an incoming Order record and alerts your sales team.
Payment collection
Flow can automatically reply to cart submissions with payment links (e.g., Stripe, PayPro) or provide offline bank transfer instructions. Once payment is confirmed, mark the order paid to trigger automated receipt templates.
