Connect Facebook & Instagram DMs

Unified social messaging

Flow integrates directly with Meta Graph API to route Instagram Direct Messages and Facebook Page conversations into the same shared inbox used for WhatsApp.

Connecting accounts

1. Navigate to Settings → Social Accounts.
2. Click Connect with Facebook and log in with your administrative account.
3. Select the Facebook Pages and connected Instagram Business accounts you wish to manage.
4. Authorize permissions for pages_messaging, instagram_basic, and instagram_manage_messages.
5. Click Save and Connect.

Inbound routing

Once connected, customer DMs from Facebook and Instagram will appear in your inbox with distinct channel badges. Agents can reply directly without switching browser tabs.
