Catalog synchronization
Flow integrates directly with Meta Commerce Manager, allowing you to showcase your inventory natively in WhatsApp chats without external redirects.
Connecting your catalog
- In Meta Commerce Manager, ensure your product catalog is active and approved.
- In Flow, navigate to Commerce → Catalogs.
- Click Connect Catalog and select your catalog ID.
- Flow imports your inventory, including product titles, descriptions, prices, currency, images, and availability status.
Collections
Organize products into collections (e.g., Featured Products, New Arrivals) to send targeted subsets of your inventory to customers.
