Build bot flows without writing code

Start with keywords

Every flow begins with a Start node. Exact or contains matching on “Hi” / “Hello” is enough for a welcome bot. From there, compose a text node, then an interactive message with buttons or a list.

Interactive messages

Buttons are best for two or three choices (“Talk to sales”, “Track order”). Lists scale to more options. Each button can continue the flow, subscribe a sequence, or hand off to a human in the inbox.

Keep copy editable

Use merge tags such as #LEAD_NAME# so greetings stay personal. Edit the text node, save, and the next inbound “Hi” uses the new copy — no deploy.

Test before you broadcast

Send from a staff phone, watch node stats (sent, delivered, errors), then publish. Errors from Meta (template paused, outside session) surface on the node and in the inbox.
